1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, securely hashed password, subscription plan, tool-usage records, UPI transaction reference, payment status and account-session information. We do not require your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or OTP.
2. Uploaded documents
Documents and images are received only to perform the conversion or extraction requested by you. In the local version, processing occurs on the computer running the application. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload and process every file.
3. How information is used
- To create and secure user accounts.
- To provide free trials and subscription-based access.
- To process files and prepare requested downloads.
- To review UPI transaction references and activate subscriptions.
- To prevent misuse, duplicate trials and unauthorized access.
4. Passwords and sessions
Passwords are stored using PBKDF2 hashing and are not stored as readable plain text. A secure session cookie keeps users signed in. Users should protect their devices and log out after using a shared computer.
5. Payments
The manual UPI mode generates an exact-amount payment QR. A submitted UTR is reviewed by an administrator before activation. The application does not automatically access a customer's bank account.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to prevent fraud, or to service providers strictly required to operate an authorized hosted version.
7. Retention and security
Account, usage and payment records may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
8. User rights
Users may request correction or deletion of eligible account information, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention and transaction-record requirements.
9. Updates
This policy may be updated when services, laws or payment processes change. The effective date displayed above identifies the current version.
