1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using a tool, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts may not be sold, shared commercially or used to bypass product limits.
3. Free product use
Each registered free user receives one use of each eligible product. Attempts to create duplicate accounts or manipulate technical controls to obtain repeated free access may result in suspension.
4. Subscription plans
Silver, Gold and Platinum provide different products and monthly usage limits. Yearly prices charge the equivalent of ten monthly periods. Applicable GST is added at checkout. Features and limits displayed on the Pricing page form part of these Terms.
5. Manual UPI payments
Customers must pay the exact QR amount and submit a valid UPI transaction reference. Submission does not itself confirm payment. Access activates only after administrator verification and approval. Fraudulent, duplicate or unverifiable references may be rejected.
6. Refunds and billing disputes
Users should verify the selected plan and billing cycle before payment. Duplicate or incorrect payments should be reported promptly and will be reviewed against transaction records and applicable law. Used subscription periods and completed digital processing may not be refundable except where required by law.
7. Authorized file processing
You may process only files that you own or are legally authorized to use. PDF unlocking requires the correct existing password. Password cracking, unlawful access, copyright infringement, malware distribution and processing stolen or confidential data without authority are prohibited.
8. Output accuracy
OCR and document conversion depend on source quality, layout, fonts and file condition. Users must review important outputs before relying on them. The service does not guarantee perfect recognition, formatting or legal accuracy.
9. Service availability
Maintenance, software dependencies, local hardware, internet services and third-party tools may affect availability. Features may be updated to improve security, compatibility or performance.
10. Suspension
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security threats, non-payment, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lakshya & Sidhi Group is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data or decisions made without verifying converted output.
