1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro or Business plan any time from Dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — no partial-period refund is given just for cancelling.

2. Refund window

If you're unhappy with Pro within [ e.g. 7 days ] of your first payment, email us for a full refund, provided you have not exceeded [ e.g. 50 ] conversions in that window.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice or a payment failed but was still deducted, contact support with your transaction ID. Verified duplicate/failed charges are refunded within [ e.g. 5-7 ] business days.
